“Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.”
                                      - Brené Brown

With over seventeen years of experience, Facilitating Connections supports clients by creating environments that foster open communication, collaboration, and effective decision-making.

With a Master’s in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability from BTH Sweden, a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria, I try to embody an inherent life-long goal to always be learning.

My approach centres around curiosity and guiding conversations through meaningful questioning. My aim is to create a space of trust where participants can engage in authentic dialogue, actively listening and sharing to enhance collaboration.

Central to my facilitation philosophy is the design of gatherings that embrace constructive controversy while nurturing trust.

Recognizing the wisdom inherent in every individual, I employ diverse engagement strategies to ensure inclusivity and active participation. This addresses challenging issues and also unlocks the collective problem-solving potential.

My leadership style is characterized by generous authority, providing a supportive framework for exploration and growth. In my facilitation practice, I draw upon my background in whole systems thinking to navigate complex dynamics.

Witnessing the transformation within teams as they embrace their differences and leverage them as strengths is deeply rewarding.

I infuse elements of playfulness and creativity into the process, I encourage teams to explore new approaches and push beyond their comfort zones. At the core of my practice lies a commitment to cultivating authentic connections and relationships, laying the groundwork for sustained collaboration and positive change.
